Hello all, to start off I wanted to say we had a great week on our first round of Guild Battles! It looks like most of us were able to purchase the 4* max Rainbowmon, which is the goal in battles for now. Wins are great but not really that important.
Be sure to set your defense!!! Many of us have made huge changes to our roster over the week and may have several upgraded units that would be better on AD than last week. Also, some of us may have eaten a monster that was on AD and there is an open spot. While we are not really out there to get a win each round, we shouldn't be the easiest target available, at least make the challengers work for it, we did have a couple of defense wins last week and that is very positive.
Going forward I would like to get a list of people who do not wish to participate or don't feel they are ready. Reality is, if you have a handful of 4* monsters you should come in and be able to contribute and earn enough guild points to get your rainbowmon each week. So, if you are unable to commit to doing battles this coming week leave a comment and let Kyo and I know so we don't use a spot on someone who isn't going to attack. If you don't feel you have the monster group to even participate let us know, maybe we can get you going in the right direction or point out a set up that you may have over looked.
Last week there were a few people each battle who did not attack, sometimes they just didn't realize they were in, other times people felt as though the opponent we had they wouldn't be able to do any damage to them. Not knowing you're not in the battle is a very simple fix, just log in and check the battle to see if you are in every 12-14 hours. We are trying to get new battles going at the same time, 12am/pm pdt, but we are asleep sometimes and we do start late occasionally, especially during the work week. If for some reason you don't feel you'll make a difference on the battle and refuse to attack, please let Kyo and Holt know so we don't rotate you out thinking you weren't paying attention. At minimum, make at least one attack and try to hit the easiest target available to see if you can help. Having at least one battle chance used, we will know you made an attempt at attacking and didn't just ignore/forget about the battle. Again, if you don't feel you have the monster group to even participate let us know, maybe we can get you going in the right direction or point out a set up that you may have over looked, if this is true, you should be hitting up Kyo on the Team Illustrious yt channel and have him do a "what to do with your crew" video.
Heads up there are a lot of guild members that have not signed up here yet, help us get everyone on here please. Having a central place to communicate will be key going forward. Share cool stuff you find that may help someone else or is just plain cool or make spark some conversation. I'm really excited to see our group come together and grow as a team.
Last but not least great job everyone this past week let's stay focused and motivate and continue to help each other grow and become the best summoners we can!
